http://culcom.co.kr/eng/index.html

This is the company that I do my language exchanges through. I go twice a week for 3 hours each day. Its 1on1 lessons and it has helped me tremendously. Also because I'm a foreigner I dont have to pay because my teacher is technically getting english practice because we mainly conduct our lessons in english (since my ability to speak the language is next to nil). I highly recommend this site. They also have I believe 3 places in Seoul and 1 in Incheon

This is a good site for finding language exchange partners or korean friends.

http://www.heyheyfriends.com

It's a korean friendship/language exchange/dating type site where you can blog, put up photos and make friends. It's easy to use and free. I have been able to find a few language exchange partners quickly and you can do your exchanges after you meet them via msn or skype or however you like.
I suggest using skype to practice speaking and listening and send messages when you don't understand. I have taught people in Japan this way and I find it a good way of learning and teaching. If you can find the right partner you can achieve your language goals.

This looks like a great site, but it's really hard to navigate. Can someone give me a little help? If we meet up there I'll buy you a beer.
