| Has anyone ever had an experience with taking an electronic item from Korea and using it in The Philippines? Do I need an adaptor or not? |

You may need a plug adapter but otherwise they work fine.
Most places have universal plugs (that accept round or flat) or you can get a round to flat adapter at any department store, the front desk of your hotel or any hardware shop.
The voltages are the same as Korea - 220-240VAC *except for a few places around Clark and Subic that are holdovers from the US bases and still run 110v.
The standard plugs are 2 flat prongs (similar to north America without the 3rd eye for ground).
