| I will be going to Thailand for break and wanted to know if the bus system would run at the regular times on New Years Eve. I am planning to take a bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok at this time. |

They will run, but they will be full of people, same with the trains. You have to book as early as you can to make sure you can get a ticket/seat.
Are you leaving on that date? |

| Does anyone know if you are able to book bus tickets online? I know there is some VIP bus tour companies, but I haven't found any where you can book online. |
