sorry...but here goes again,

since there seems to be no email address,

I am trying to contact the Head Office of NPS, by phone,

however, the phone number listed on the internet site says it is not in service (at least calling from the U.S.) Rolling Eyes

so does anyone have a working number for the Head Office?

(though I had applied before I left at an office in the province where I worked, I do not want to call them as no one spoke English and it was a pain)

The pension office neglected to send me my refund for about 3 months, despite my constantly hounding them via email and telephone.

I finally got someone to help me when I called this number - 82-32-500-8140.

Btw, if you're having a similar problem then FYI one of the first things they're going to ask you for is your ARC number. I didn't have mine b/c I'd surrendered my card when I left Korea and never written it down anywhere. They claimed to be completely powerless to help me until I was finally able to get the number from my previous employer.

Bureaucracy at its best.

Good luck.

Sorry it didn't work out, it did for me Sad It might just be bad timing, the english speaker might be off that day or out of the office or something.

thank you, waynehead

muss8813, thank you, also...yes, I was able to get through after many country calling code mishaps...and she was great

however, now that the wire transfer arrived in my U.S. bank, I see my public school district supervisor is trying to not pay the full amount they should...he is probably trying to pocket the balance

public school people can be just as corrupt as hogwans

beware!

now to deal with the amount due Evil or Very Mad Rolling Eyes
