Buy some B4 size paper and cut it down yourself. A straight edge and box cutter can do a ream in about 30 minutes and look like it was factory cut that way.
The other option is get some off of a US base (they still use it).
You're not going to find it "off the shelf" in Korea.

Curious, why do you need such exact measurements?
A4 isn't close enough obviously, I'm just wondering what the 1/4" width and 0.3" length difference makes?
What are you up to McGyver? |

You probably don't need it nearly as seriously as you think you do.
You won't find it in Korea.
Order it online from N. America or make your own as above.
But it probably doesn't matter as much as you think it does. |

Do you need to fake your degree or another official document? I'm only kidding, but why does the size have to be that specific? |

actually, it does matter
it's legally required for a document I am filing to be registered.
no, I can't cut it down because I need 100 pages and it also needs to look good, plus it needs to be 3 hole punched - but Kinko's can do that.
I didn't think I could find it here but thought I'd give it a try -
yeah, I'll probably have to order it online. I dont know anyone in the military. |
