does anyone know how i can get ahold of an english speaking operator for kt internet? or if there is a way to pay a bill in person in gangnam?
i got my internet cut off due to nonpayment, but i never got a bill to pay. anyone else have problems with kt? |

that's not unusual - I've not received a bill and bam they cut you off.
dial 100 anywhere - then an extension so just hold on and the voice will come on in English
they will send you a duplicate bill
also you can pay your KT at most local marts, not just the bank and P.O. |

| Interesting. When I had KT they would send the bill after the due date. I would pay it then they would send me a double bill the next month. Happened too many times! |
