Has anyone ever transferred from a C4 visa to an E2 visa?
Immi have taken all day to get back on this one to us and we're still none the wiser.
Just wanting to know if my guy can get out of doing a visa run?
Cheers
R

2 different kinds of visas. both have to be issued outside K.

no transfer. you leave and the C4 is canceled because they are all single entry now.

then you get your E2.

or vice versa.
