They couldn't speak much English, but gave me the reservation office number of 730-000-0088. I called the Korea branch office; not operations, cargo, or maintenance.

At first she was telling me the airline is not operating flights, then she said next month start, and then she was telling me to make reservation. So I asked how much it is to Bangkok and it took 10 minutes to get this invalid phone # out of her, because she just kept dodging my questions of the price. She did manage to ask me how I found this information to call her office and why I was calling. I told her I researched Wikipedia for all airlines flying out of Incheon and was looking for info on SkyStar's services and price quotes. She didn't understand my answer. I think she was trying to tell me to use the website to make reservation. I just inquired through their website and will keep you posted on the response, if any.
