As a parent I can't understand why parents bring their kids up in a war zone. Can they not cross a border to Jordan or something? Are they not allowed to? Is Hamas forbidding that?
Shoot, I have a home and finances here but if Nth Korea starts dropping bombs I'm not going to keep my family in danger, know what I mean? That would be just extremely fucken irresponsible.

If they take their kids out, then that destroys one of Hamas' major propaganda points. Also that would limit Hamas' supply of suicide bombers.

And no other Arab state will take them in anyway. The goal is to keep them right where they are in order to harras Israel.

Look at the history of what happens when you host Palestinians in your country, Jordan - Civil War (Black September), Lebanon - Civil war.

There is no Arab solution for Palestinians. There is only a Palestinian solution and that solution is to put down their arms.

Have you seen the 'rockets' that Hamas has been firing? They're the size of pipe bombs. Nothing at all to warrant air to surface missiles that take down buildings.

Happy New Year, Israeli apologists.

Congratulations, I think that this is the most retarded response I have ever seen on here.

"During the year 2006 alone, 1000+ rockets were launched. As of May
2008, over 3,000 rockets had been launched and 15 people have been
killed by Qassam rockets"

"In another attack, a rocket similar to a Qassam hit an army basic training camp and injured more than 70 Israeli soldiers."

It was just by pure luck today that a bunch of kids weren't injured in their school inside Israel after a rocket went through the wall and into the side of their classroom. Why don't you tell everyone about that?

But most of those killed by Israel were in the organization Hamas.

This has little to do with Hamas. Israel are going to attack Iran, and don't want militants right in their own back yard when they go on offensive against Iran. They'll sweep these guys up, and they'll attack Iran within a month of Obama taking office.

As far as who's right, the Israeli's are. The Palestinians wanted a "homeland" and got it, yet they now aren't happy to be given land, they now decide they want the destruction of Israel. You can't make peace with these guys, so F' em.

A homeland peppered with Israeli settlements, surrounded by tanks, very limited access to drinking water and electricity, crisscrossed by Israeli only only roads and countless Israeli checkpoints. Truly a paradise on Earth.

Well Israel was doing crap to the Palestinians long before Hamas came along or even terrorism for that matter.

Anyway I think if you look you'll notice that for every rocket or bomb that the Palestinians have sent Israel's way Israel has more than reciprocated.

Okay please explain to me in your own words why you think that building hundreds of illegal settlements throughout Palestinian territory is going to help bring peace to people in the area. One would think that giving you enemies thousands of extra targets to shoot at is not exactly the way to prevent terrorist attacks now is it? Of course if your aim is to steal land and make a Palestinian state unrealizable then the Israeli stratagem is perfectly logical now is it not?
