I've talked to a few of my friends (non-American... I'm Canadian myself) and it seems like most of us have not been paying income tax on our SMOE pay...

Pension yes, NHIC yes, but income tax no... Just wondering what's up with this... Don't want to find out that I owe the gov't a few hundred won at the end of the year because they havn't been taking it off my cheque...
