Are you looking for a real jewel of a place to live...now in Seoul?
I'm leaving Korea on Jan. 15th...and have a ready-made 4-bed apt available from then. It includes all furniture (much of it new) and a bike. It's near Kodok station (line 5)...convenient to big Homeplus, E mart and Jooyang Shopping....quiet, green belt, nr. Jamsil and Olympic Pk.
Utilities are W 20 000 p.m. Water and Elec. each W9000, gas bill average W1900 (I do a lot of cooking!) Wolse an incredible W300 000 p.m. Key money is W4 million.
Bus stop beside house brings you anywhere! Comfortable, good-sized rooms...warm and cosy in winter...cool in Summer. Great sleep in a large bed! Nearby nice parks and walking/ biking courses...Ilkasan, Namhan, Songnae Stream, Olympic Park,Misari and Han river. I've lived in several locations in Seoul. but for quality of life this was the best.

| I called the guy, and he's very nice. He wanted to clarify that his friend posted 4 bedroom, but it's actually 2 bedroom with a living room and a dining room. Sounds like the bedrooms are about 3 meters square each, and the other rooms are smaller. 1/2 basement apartment (partially underground). Nice neighbors. 40 mins to Kangnam. |

I like the sounds of the "villa" - however the fact that a bike/ and other furniture is being left there - seems to me to be only a short term sub-lease ???
I would like it - if the OP was the owner - and I could get a 1 or 2 year lease...
is it really a basement apartment or a villa? does it have an enclosed balcony? any pics? |
