I am not a panda, I think I am a frog or bear or some cold-blooded animal.
Am I the only person that dont want to move in winter? I made too many excuses for not hanging out with my friends. I can see I am going to get kicked out soon of my gang.
Any tips that could keep you more active in winter? |

Ug yeah, I used to work out at least 3-6 hours a day. Sometimes, I would just jog for freaking hours. Wouldn't stop.
Now I stay at home, eat TONS, and gel in front of the TV. I really hate it. Occasionaly I'll shadow box but I give up after 20 minutes. I'm getting moobs and my girlfriend made fun of them.

Oh, moobs suck big time man. OP, your panda avatar is very sexy. I've been working out an hour and a half 6 days a week for 3 months and still have them, except I know have bigger stronger muscles. I'm taking a break yesterday and today since I'm sick right now with runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and downright feeling ragged out.
Moobs and belly are a bitche, because this is your body's inherited way to ramp up for a lean Winter famine. It's like a camels hump for water. It's natural to feel lethargic during Winter as our bodies are designed to run on little when the weather is cold in response to many thousands of years of Winter famine as to preserve fat stores to make them last. For thousands of years, our ancestors didn't have all this food and drink in the Winter time so they gained bellies and moobs as fat stores during the Fall to make it through the Winter just like bears do when they eat the shit out of salmon in the Fall. Now, we don't need all this fat since we don't starve in the Winter and it's killing us to keep it and pack more on each year on top of the previous years gain. You really have endure some regular hunger to lose it despite exercise, because we don't normally suffer famine in our time period. It's like diet exceeds exercise in importance for us today. If you got yourself in calorie restricted mode eating mostly protein and fiber mostly fruits and veggies with little or no meat products, then losing weight and feeling energetic kicks in.
