Hi.. im looking at my options to keeping in touch with friends and loved ones back in south korea from overseas (canada). I found options like phone cards and skype. skype seems to be pretty reasonable letting you call landlines for one monthly price.. but cellphone calls do not fall under their umbrella and i have to pay a minutely rate. so i've been looking all over for a service online that allows me to call korean cellphones thru the net. any advice, recommendations or programs you use from experience? thanks!
