So I'm almost done my Korean adventure and have been lurking in the other forums on this board. When ever i try to post a question to another country it says my user name is incorrect? Do i need special privileges to post across forums? How do i get them? Or do i have to re-register to get in to those forums?

You must register separately for the international forums.

True, though. (I'm not a moderator.) Separately register, and thou shalt have access to the treasures of the dark side.

I agree,it's quite stupid to have to register seperately for the international forums. It's the same bloody website.Dave's esl cafe leaves a lot to be desired at times. It seems like it's fresh out of the 1980s.I enjoy posting here, but will look elsewhere in the near future. This site isn't user-friendly enough.

And can anyone tell me why it takes like a week to get "approved" to post on this forum? Is it specifically targeted for spam or something?

It took me about 4 years to register as the system never recognized my email even when I created as new one.

When I finally registered, logging on was hit and miss.

It would work about one out of every 30 attempts. That problem seems to be solved now thankfully.

I also dislike how logging in brings you back to the main home page. You have to search for your thread again if you wanted to reply to something.

I also like how the registering system shuts down for most of the summer."We will be accepting new members again in early September."

When early September rolls around,"we will be accepting new members in late September."
