You might have better luck going to a shop near her work. Because korea is so dense and they have such extensive coverage of most services like this, most places tend to have smaller delivery areas.
Get her work's address, her phone number, name, go to the shop, ask if they have delivery:
배달 있어요? is sufficiently simple to get your point across.
pick out what you want, write down the time and day you want it delivered, give them the addy, her name and cell phone number, and pay em.
