Can anyone shed some light on the process for the UK?
I'm due to finish my contract soon and have a short break in the UK before starting with a new school. Ideally I want to apply for the criminal check asap. I've been told I can apply for a subject access request via post but would need to send my passport. I'm not going to be in the uk very long so would not have time to apply for it there.
I understand there is an alternative "disclosure scotland" anyone know if this is accepted by immigration?
Anyones experience of the process for UK citizens would be appreciated. |

| Yes the Disclosure Scotland document is fine. It will take no more than 10 days too. |
