Someone so insignificant causing such distress in someone ... sleeping is the least of problems if my words on a forum when I am basically attacked, at minimalistic as it might be cause such collapse.

And true medicine has little positive opinion on melatonin. Check the literature, or perhaps a qualified physician (umm, and golly, I know one, darn close at that). Melatonin has no physiologic effect as an acute sleep inducing agent. It is an exogenous hormone that shows possible effect with continued use. It does not cause any such "needed tonight" benefit. Anyone who claims it has been overwhelmed by placebo effect - likely those that claim standard over the counter Tylenol (Acetaminophen) also knocks them out like a light.

There are more than a few qualified agents to assist you in your desire for sleep ... you have to know how to ask for the information
