Actually, your employer should be contacted first. Talk to them about it.
Only use the labor board if it gets serious. Thanks for the link looney.
You never know, your employer might readily correct their error when you point it out to them. They probably never even looked at your contract anyway.
Of course, this is Korea so make sure the kunt doesn't loose face and all of that cultural sensitivity shite. [sorry, is my anger and bitterness showing through here? he he ] |

Is it about pay or hours or the apartment?
Or is it pension and health insurance?
Pension and health insurance are dealt with at the agencies that deal with pension or health insurance. |
