72 hours.
He email contract I esigned it, fedex my paperwork same day. 3 days later I had a phone call go to korfean emenbcy with the order number. One day later I picked it up.
So I guess 4 total to actually get it |

I did mine in December 2007. Right before the health check and background check came into affect.
It really helped that I could E sign the document vs having the employer snail mail me a contract from korea. It also helped I lived 30 minutes from Korea Emenbcy in LA.
But now that they have background checks, ubnless you have that, passport and transcripts ready to go I am sure it will take longer.
I resigned at a public school in Dec 08 that took a week. Only problem I had with that public school is when I went to Imigration the school district didnt know where they were going to place me. After 2 hours of phone calls they figured it out. |
