Weird. Seemed unreasonable use of deadly force. It's possible the cop drew his gun and fired accidentally vs just a street execution. If he was cuffed in front, maybe he reached for the cop's gun. But it would seem they should cuff him behind and three or four cops were on him. I can't see anyone feeling in danger for their lives.

Um, he was not "slayn"...or however it's spelled.

The sound of gunfire was heard.........but..........where was the blood?

He is not dead, as far as the video shows.
