Hi,

I'm looking to rent an apartment in March. I can afford to be pretty flexible with the key money. I will be working in Hak-Dong, and so would like to be as close to there as possible. However, I've been told it's a really expensive area, and since I'm afraid my school will provide a tiny apartment (being that the rents are so high), I'm looking for housing on my own.

My housing allowence is 600,000W... that isn't necessarily my limit, though, but of course it's nice to have housing paid for. I've already seen 2BR apartments for 500,000W or 600,000W maybe a half hour from Hak-Dong, so I guess I'm just looking to improve my commute a little. Space is more important than location, and being close to work is more important than being in a 'cool' area. Don't really mind a bigger place in a dead neighborhood.

So if anyone is renting or needs a lease taken over or knows a reputable real estate place in or near Hak-Dong, please let me know.

Thanks,

Tom [email protected]
