|
Hello,
I am looking for a furnished apartment for the month of March in Gangnam-Gu or Dongjak-gu. Anywhere close to Isu, Sadang, Hakdong, Yeoksam or Seoullung Stations would be acceptable.
Price range from 400,000 to say 1.2 million. Wide range, I know, but if your place is nice enough we can negotiate. If you're leaving on an extended vacation or something around that time, you could make some back in lost rent from me staying there.
I would need the place from March 1st until about March 27th to April 1st.
Please send me a message or email me at culticon (at) lycos dot com if you have something for me. Thanks! |

Find residence in Seoul in English
Seoul City has selected real estate agents to help foreigners find housing in the city, officials said yesterday.
With the recommendation from the real estate association, the Seoul Metropolitan Government certified 20 offices for offering English service to expats as part of a real estate service improvement project, according to officials. Among these, 10 are located in Yongsan-gu, which has a high foreigner population.
These 20 agencies have been in business for three years or more, and are operated by fluent English-speaking agents. Contract formats and counsel will be available in English.
The selected agencies are listed on the web in Seoul Global Center (http://global. seoul.go.kr), Korea Land Information System (http:// klis.seoul.go.kr), KOTRA (http://investkorea.org) and the corresponding district offices. The information may be accessed by not only expats already living in Seoul but also those planning to come to Korea.
Such certified real estate agencies will be increased in numbers and areas in the near future. They will also diversify the range of service to make expats more comfortable with residing in Korea.
"We are also planning to publish a real estate guide book for foreigners," said a city official. "It is not just about finding a house, but developing an agreeable living environment for foreign nationals in Korea."
