Could you please in detail outline the tests to be done and what each test is testing for in the E2 health check up at your clinic?
Also, do you have a website I could refer to in English?

I've had a few pm's to post this info so here it is.
The test we run at the hospital supplies all the basics to pass the E2 Visa requirements:
Blood Work (including HIV Test), Urine Test (TBPE Test for narcotics), Chest Xray.
The total cost comes to about 60 000 won with insurance and over 100 000 won without. (you can receive a refund once you obtain your NHI).
The testing takes about 30 minutes to complete and the results and the required paper work are available within two business days.
Generally an appointment can be arranged right away.
