Today I signed a new contract, and the Principal didn't change it at all.

In fact he was totally disinterested in the whole process, which is just how I wanted it to be.

My co-teacher stamped each page of the contract, using the school stamp.

After all that stress, the new contract contains nothing extra at all.

Life is quite nice at the moment. Laughing

Thank you. I am quite glad to be in full-time employment, despite whatever minor complaints I may have.

My co-teacher said next year we will teach 24 hrs of regular class instead of 22 hrs, like now.

Would you change schools because of that, or stay put?

I suppose 20 days vacation helps. Smile

I like my school facilities e.g. teaching equipment, flush toilets etc.

I have had a nightmare over the last year dealing with an awful co-teacher.

But if she changes in March, to a fairly normal person, I'd consider staying on if they want me because.............

I like the Homeplus near my apartment, I like my apartment, and the subway is right near where I live.

If the school agreed to one demand, to not interfere with my lesson plans, I would tell them I'd stay.

I know the honeymoon at a new school would be good, because my current colleagues dislike me.

What would you do?

I'm not a psychologist (nor do I play one on a TV series), but, I wonder who exactly is suffering from Stockholm syndrome at FTUK's school.

Nice one! I'm a bit lazy, but a year is a long time and if the next co-teacher is another scumbelina I would kick myself. Laughing

Don't feed this idiot-stick troll. Look at the dates of his last few posts and you'll see he's resurecting his own, old thread.

Excuse me! I was told off by the mods ages ago for starting too many new threads. Therefore, I am 'resurrecting' old threads which are relevant to my posts.

Duhhhh! Laughing

The mods - They just said don't keep starting lots of threads when my comments could be stated on threads I had already started.

So to repeat the question........... Laughing

My thoughts precisely (or just about).

Whatever. As long as I don't have to worry about him showing up in a -dong near me.
