It's not looking good for the machine if parts are failing.

why did you not get an internal DVD rom drive?

i can see how this looks bad and i could have just scammed my previous buyer by not letting them know the problem ( i actually found out about it after trying to reformat the hd). but i consider myself honest and i looked on some forums and they say dying cd-rom drives arent too uncommon. i tried to get in internal one but the guy i went to said some stuff in korean that i think meant can t change with a korean cd-rom due to some unknown reason so i bought an external one that should be arriving soon.

With the current turn of events and re-reading the specs and age of the machine, I'll offer you 300,000w and that is not low-balling imo. Good luck with it, regardless.

^ Very good.

Same as you said last time and it never went through.

Somehow I am skeptical that you really have that 500k offer

why do i feel like i have to defend myself on this forum isnt this a buy and sell forum?

first of all i had a 650,000 offer that went through and then the cd-rom drive died on me while i was trying to reformat. i let that person know what had happened and she said if i got it fixed with an internal drive then she would still purchase the laptop. unfortunately i wasnt able to get an internal drive and so i posted it back up for sale. as of now i have a 500,000 won offer but i just spent 80,000 won getting an external cd/dvd rw drive so i wont to get a closer to my asking price
