has anybody stayed here?
it looks nice, inexpensive, on the beach, close to seminyak and away from kuta.
i can't find any contact information, i've spent a long time looking. |

Legian is crowded and dirty. I booked 2 nights at the Sing Pagn Inn (Spelling may be wrong) and left for Ubud after one night. Don't miss out on Ubud...and you shouldn't have to book in advance. For the beaches and such, try the Gili Islands. I didn't go there, I went to Lovina and it ws nice, but people were just raving about Gili. If I'd had 2 more days, I would have gone there. |

just got back from bali. i went to kuta (legian), gili T, and ubud. i loved kuta but i can see how people go crazy from the motos and tourists. i loved it there, tho. plenty of activities, great restaurants, cheap and nice hotels, and the locals are great.
gili T was ok. the people were great, you can smoke (waaaay overpriced, tho), and it's quiet but there aren't a lot of activities and it's expensive to get there. 2 days there is definitely NOT worth it because it's about 60 bucks each way unless you fancy the 12-hour boat.
ubud was ok, with lots of temples and stuff but i'm not into buying crafts so an afternoon there was enough for me. i didn't go to lovina.
have fun. bali was great! |
