A fire at a karaoke bar in Busan on Wednesday killed at least eight people and seriously injured another customer, police said.
Police said tens of other customers escaped from the bar when the fire broke out around 8:45 p.m. in Namhang-dong, Youngdo District in the nation's largest port city.
Police are investigating the exact cause of the fire and are confirming the number of casualties
