Is this normal? It seems rather low...

has anyone actually done any ovetime like this? what? teaching overtime is way more, so what is this for? i really hope FTs are not proxying tests or manning the phones... |

If they have, they're an idiot because, unless your regular wage works out to W4000 per hour, the contract doesn't meet the Labor Standards Act. The clause is therefore void and has no effect (I keep saying that today).  |

"Teaching" overtime is 30,000 won/hour. That's what I get for after school camps and winter camp at a different school. My understanding of the 6000 won figure is for "non-teaching" activities. I've never done those so I have no info on them. |
