...what would it be?

For me, it would be squid. All in all the food at our cafeteria hasn't been that bad for the past couple years, but if every dish with squid were replaced by meat or poultry it would just be so much better. Not far behind squid would be small, boney, deep-fried fish. Indeed, there's hardly any seafood our cafeteria serves that I like, and before coming to Korea I considered myself a seafood lover, lol.

the cooks

the nutrionist who thinks that carbs + carbs + carbs = balanced diet.

and whatever one of the nutters thinks that taking a perfectly good apple, chopping it up and smothering it in vinaigrette chili sauce is a good thing to do

I was successful in doing that when I started. I ate there the first day, and then I banished ME from the cafeteria.
