We will be staying in a guesthouse in Incheon for two days after our arrival until we move in. What is fun to do around there? Any restaurant suggestions?

The Bupyeong station area is pretty tight. There are some good resteraunts, and even some " western" bars.

Chinatown is close by. Take the train to Incheon station and it is a short walk or taxi ride from there. Some nice restaurants and some cheap Chinese souvenirs.

Incheon isn't good for touristy stuff...I lived there for a couple of years and really struggled to find anything except Chinatown. It's worth a visit. It's at the end of the Incheon line (right outside Incheon station, I think) and there's also Jayu (Freedom) Park, where there's a very nice statue of General Doug MacArthur. And some other stuff. That's good for an afternoon on a clear day.

As for somewhere to eat, the two best areas of Incheon (in my opinion) are Bupyeong, as previously mentioned, and near Art Centre station. Plenty of nice restaurants near both, though you'll find more foreigners near Bupyeong, so you could always ask them in person to recommend somewhere. Unless you're looking for a Western restaurant, there are so many places to eat around these areas that you just need to take a look and give somewhere a try.
