As you may already know, Kim Jong-il has apparently named his third son, Jong-eun, to be his successor.
Kim Il-sung: "Great Leader"
Kim Jong-il: "Dear Leader"
Kim Jong-eun: "Better-than-a-kick-in-the-nuts Leader" |

If insecure, Needer Leader.
If dopey, Weeder Leader.
If hemopheliac, Bleeder Leader.
If he wears Houndstooth suits, Tweeder Leader.
If literary, Reader Leader.
If a whiner, Pleader Leader.
If a masseuse or a baker, Kneader Leader.
If a racecar driver, or a gack-head, Speeder Leader.
If a better leader than dad or grampa, Exceeder Leader.
If his mom was not Pure Korean, Halfbreeder Leader.
If nicer than his predecessors, Sweeder Leader.
And so on...
but I think best would be
Great Cheer Leader.
