you have to be more specific - is this a puppy to have in your home or your stewpot? |

Seriously don't buy a dog in Korea. I'm not just saying that because I love animals, there are many reasons:
*most are weaned far too early, I heard that about 40% die of disease, weakness.
*the farms are atrocious and the mother dogs are puppy machines all their lives
*you're a foreigner, you'll get ripped off
*there are thousands of pounds/shelters in Korea and thousands of healthy dogs are killed each month due to overloading (the Govt. changed regulations last year, all dogs have 10 days to find a new home before they're killed, so that means literally thousands of unwanted pets are put down monthly in Seoul alone).
*I can give you a puppy, PM me |

I will be fair and tell you where you can go. Chungmuro has several dog stores. There's also a part in Dongdaemoon where you can get dogs. Both areas are horrifying and I would never encourage anyone to get an animal from them. Most pets from these places will have a very short life expectancy. There are plenty of shelters and just people selling extra puppies who aren't totally awful to their stock. |
