Continuing his promotional tour for his latest film Valkyrie, Tom Cruise was spotted arriving in Seoul, South Korea earlier today (January 16).

The Mission Impossible stud looked excited at the massive fan support as he exited Gimpo Airport, smiling and waving as he made his way to his car and posing for a few pics along the way. Valkyrie opens in South Korea next Thursday, January 22nd.

And it sounds like Mr. Cruise is getting more and more daring as he gets older - according to a report, hell be the star guest on UK shock jock Jonathan Ross first Friday night show following a suspension.

The pre-recorded show is set to air on January 23rd, and Tom is expected to be promoting Valkyrie, though after the lewd phone calls Ross and Russell Brand made to veteran actor Andrew Sachs back in October, who knows what will happen.

The 'Four Queers and a Piano' will play 'Trapped in the Closet' when Tom comes on stage. Ross then fails to impress Tom with his Xenu action figures. Whenever Tom comments about his new movie 'Valkyrie' Ross bites his lip over this turdfest of tosh.

So, you'll be at Yongsan CGV tonight when Tom makes his public appearance? Probably making the "I love you Tom" sign, right now. Remember- lots of sparkles makes your sign nice and pretty. Laughing

Cruise was doomed after he dumped that Aussie chick for someone younger.

She was/is the darling of the very gay Hollywood PR/reporter crowd. Just about every gay male who worshiped his ex-wife, and every female reporter who hated seeing a guy able to dump his ex-wife for someone younger and sexy, went to war against Cruise. To the gay male in Hollywood, she is the personification of grace, elegance, darling and beauty. As was explained to me, the gay Hollywood reporter crowd is in bed with the gay designer crowd, which is even more in love with his ex-wife. Moreover, they know her personally.

Don't ask me to explain it, but she's looked at as some kind of goddess to be worshiped by many in the media -- probably because their boyfriends and bar-buddies from the gay male designer crowd are so enthralled with dressing her in their clothing. I'm not spewing hate at homosexuals over this -- just pointing out something -- the gay community talks, and they have a great deal of power and influence.

He's been turned into a demon ever since he left her.

Yes, the couch thing looked a little odd, but it wasn't THAT stupid. It pretty much torqued-off the above-mentioned crowd that he dare show he was so excited about his new lady in the wake of dumping his older ex-wife.

Yes, the video about Scientology was weird -- but guess what -- a lot of people on Hollywood believe in and do similar weird things. Few attack Travolta for similar oddities.

Certain Hollywood elements have been trying to destroy the guy ever since he divorced his ex-wife, and they will call every movie he makes "crap" even before the first lines are read on camera in an attempt to do so.

It's sort of funny to see him still make money even after the media trashes him. I bet that angers the media even more.

acutally, Bassexpander, the very rude and inarticulate remarks he made towards Brooke Shields and the use of antidepressants caused the biggest nosedive in his popularity.

incidentally, while it is part of the scientology philosophy to eschew the use of any kind of medication for mental health - scientologists also tend to ridicule and berate those who do use them rather than just recognize different strokes for different folks.

Brooke is absolutely an icon and was very open about her post-natal depression - Cruise did untold damage to his rep by speaking the way he did - damage that will never be repaired.

and the couch thing didn't help either, especially when S. Park decided to go after scientology.

btw - why would anyone think you are homophobic simply for using the word "gay" seven times in your post? Rolling Eyes

Behind the scenes the gay mafia rules Hollywood.
I think he lives in a fantasy world (that's what 20 years of surrounded by yes men does to you) but he is actually a decent actor. Much better than some others out there. (Did anyone see Brad Pitt in 'Friends'? fking pitiful and embarrasing.)

Actually, I agree with you Moosehead. The guy really stuck his foot in his mouth, despite his reported private apology to Shields, he offended quite a few people. It has more to do with just post-natal depression, but modern psychiatry as well.

There are plenty of movies Cruise has done in the past that I have liked (A Few Good Men, Top Gun, Rainman, Jerry Maguire), but his work has been pretty crappy the last 10 years.

Keep Quiet Katie

I got a free personality test from some of his associates at the airport. I have a meeting with them tomorrow to discuss how I can improve my life.

Valkyrie is awful. Confused

I saw it in Guam last month and of the six locals there I talked about that film with, only one liked it much.

It's an "okay" piece of drama if you excuse the lack of originality or development of plot, character, anything really. One would get more out of watching an old fifties film set in WWII.

It is not an action film.

Good casting for many of the supporting roles though I'm sure they looked more at their paychecks than the script in deciding to take part in the bore.

He looks great, while Nicole Kidman looks like her face was in a wind-tunnel for a month.

He's a highly underrated actor, and heard he was fantastic in Tropic Thunder.

He really needs some help picking movies though, he's gone off the rails a bit in that regard. His biggest mistake was leaving Paramount and starting the United Artists/UA pictures. Stick to acting Tom.
