That's the place that had the stabbing on Christmas or New Year's Eve, isn't it? This map should help. It's above FF. The scale doesn't show well here, but after you go out exit one of Sangsu and head north, you turn left at the 7/11 to find FF/Go-Gos/the place with the stabbings.
