My co-teacher gave me a tax from that I have to fill out and submit by Jan 22nd. I should also attach any receipts that I have for medical treatment. Anyone else have to do this? My co-teacher is on vacation and the form is in Korean therefore I do not have a clue how to complete it. If I don't submit it before the 22nd will I be in trouble with the Korean Tax Office?
