Hey there, I have a 3.0ghz p4 with hyper threading on an asus p4pe2x mobo with 1gb of ddr 3200 ram along with an old geforce card. I think its a 3 series.. I also have 5.0 pci sound card with it. If you want it. make me an offer. I am thinking 47-50 for the lot. Wont go much lower unless I want to just move it out quickly. Everything is stable and runs at 800mhz fsb which is still kickin just fine. I used it as a home theater pc, but now I want to upgrade so I can play some call of duty on my tv. I can throw in an 80gb hdd running xp or linux, or hackintosh actually, just for kicks too.

Hey must be thinking in units of 10,000 won. I sold a dual-core 64 bit computer with more ram, a HDD, a better GPU, a flat panel screen, and all the peripherals for less than what he was offering though just two weeks ago. If this was 47,000-50,000 this would be a steal on the other hand.

Hey sorry about the ambiguity of the price Thinking in dollars even though the exchange is jacked. 47000-50000 is my minimum for the mobo-cpu-ram-gpu and it can go up from there. If there is interest I will let some bids trickle in for a day or so and see what happens. THERE IS NO CASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY THAT TOO. If you want the case with the 400w power supply CD/DVD and 160gb HDD I need you to pay a bit more.

The GPU is an old geforce 2 series I think. It runs a 720p planet earth movie i have on my 1080p screen with only a few hickups here and there. It is AGP based. I bought a nvidia 5500 series for it yesterday but it was DOA so I am returning it tomorrow morning ... If I sold it with a better GPU such as the 5500 it would need to be about 45000 more to cover costs.

If someone wants the whole deal... like a working computer case dvd etc. and all with a copy of xp (not legit), then I would be asking for, maybe 50mb.cpu.ram.gpu+15case+20powersup+5cd.dvd+20 for the two 80gig drives = 160gigs. TOTALLING 100,000 as a minimum. I could put it all together for ya and it would be a working no nonsense computer for 110,000. Anyway. Let me know what you think.

Am I weird to think that if I put in bigger hard drives that this would make one kick ass network storage device or media server (the latter might require some additional modding).

I dont think that you are wierd saying that. That is why I got it originally a little while ago. I'm running Ubuntu on it right now. I was going to put a pci SATA controller in it, a gigabit ethernet card and two tb drives and call it a day, but then I wanted somethin a tad better so I can play some call of duty 4, and also I want to tinker around making a hackintosh and some of these components aren't what I need. Anywho. Gimme an offer, not getting many bites on it so if you wanted to make a NAS or media pc out of it I might go nice and low for ya if I don't get any bids soon. You would only need the PCI sata controller (20,000) two big drives (640gb for about 70,000 oem in yongsan) and a better AGP graph card (35-40000) and you would be up and running your NAS Media PC after some configuring. It would basically be about 130,000 to get that goin plus the cost of the junk you buy from me. Maybe I'm gonna keep it...jk. hmmm. Gimme an offer. I'm not scared of lowballs. Doesn't hurt to ask. Very Happy

I am selling it in the box only now as I have bought a new box and don't need the old one.

So basically, I can sell you the whole damn computer, box, power supply, mobo, 512x2 pc3200 ram, gpu, and one 80gb HDD for 95,000. that is a good price for the parts. Here I'll add up what all that crap would cost at yongsan.

15000 (old black decent looking case)
35000 p4 3.0ghz
5,000 gpu
25,000 Ram 512x2
20, 400w power supply.
10,000 dvd drive
15,000 80 gig HDD
motherboard? - Bonus

so 125,000 to build it from yongsan parts so I am asking 95,000, for a prefectly good no nonsense computer and I didnt even factor the mobo into the price.
