Typically, in Korea, you write the recommendation and give it to your Korean colleague to add in some more thoughts, then have them sign it. That's what I got my KET colleague to do, not because she's not fluent (i.e. she is) but because she didn't have time to sit down and write one.
Be sure to get a Korean signature and signature stamp at the bottom of your recommendation, so it is and appears official. |
