Were you a fan of beef/chicken pot pies when you were younger? I ate Swanson microwaveable pies all the time with my father. |

Not sure I know that brand.
I do have a large amount of money waiting to mature in March though, that's been waiting 6 years. With the currency rate as it is I will get nearly 1/3 extra than I was going to, that's quite a lot on $65,000 |

Why not? It's always good to see that people have made some future plans for their financial security. |

The market has been surprisingly stable around 1380-1400 even considering that Korea is exporting less to China. Hope the market doesn't burst while I am here. |

Very true. I dont think we will see a fast correction. I think the the idea of a strong won is over. We might never see 1000 unless there is a paradigm shift in how the Korean ecomony is run. |

Temporary. We aren't even remotely through the worst times yet. Today I saw some smiling stock market worker on the cover of the Korean Herald because the kospi moved like 6%. I just thought, "You poor fucking sap". |

What got my attention over the past two weeks is the uncoupling of the currency exchange rate and the KOSPI. In the past if the stock market went down the Won's value followed and visa versa.
However as of late a rising stock index has had no effect on the value of the Won. |
