Have you got problems with

(1) naughty bus or taxi drivers:
dangerous driving habit, ask extra charge, no open doors, etc
(2) too much automobile exhaust fumes
tip for (1) and (2): plz memorize or write down its number if possible for better procedure
(3) spoiled food after buying and opening it
(4) contacting other public organisations (embassies, call centre, tourists information, extra)
(5) bus information in Gyeonggido & Seoul
(7) tourism and want to complain about it
( other questions about staying in Korea

Try to call 031-120 to report the local government which is trying to sort out above matters seriously and you'd be informed by receiving text messages or phone calls as soon as the problems have been gone.

Oh, don't be worried if korean staff receive your call, just ask to transfer to the english speaker gently.

Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (English)

Anyway enjoy living and staying in Korea as a part of civilian in an asian society. ^^

Well, I'm working from 9-6. My problems occur 99% of the time when I am not working. What can I do if I have a problem at 18:02PM?

Call Centre 031-120 is actually working until midnight for Korean.

For foreigners leave your phone number and name then you'd be receiving feedback tomorrow morning from the english speaker.

Shoot, this place sounds like they are going to be the complain center for just about anything.
'Woah, that bus driver was so rude, I'm going to report him - get him fired.'
'Man, what an ugly hag, gonna report her smelly noodles - get her business shut down.'
'How dare that bugger swear at me, gonna get his arse put in jail.'
'WTF! How dare people smoke near me on a public street! Gonna report it and get the whole neighborhood smokefree.'

Nah, just jiving. I reckon it's a good thing. Sure it'll be used wisely and in that case will be helpful.
