In the UK I qualified for a Higher Education Academy fellow recognition certificate, which is the equivalent of a PGCHE for people who come to the UK with previous teaching experience. Thing is--it costs 50 to get the piece of paper.

I never bothered to pay for it, because, well, it's a rip-off like so many things involving the UK government. But now I'm wondering if I should get it to impress Korean employers. Or do you think they'd care? Should I cough up the fifty quid for it?

Yes, get it. Does it prove you are a qualified teacher in England? Why would you not want the certificate?
