| Unfortunately there isn't an elevator, but it is on the top floor of a four floor building that is about ten years old (according to the landlord). It is about 66 squared metres (20 pyeong). The villa is the entire top floor, and there is roof access via a door on the same floor. The overall condition is pretty good. |
