Wow! Canada has crime and some bad cops? 
I have much more trust in Canadian cops than South Korean ones. Hopefully they get what they deserve. |

The issue was dealt with promptly, rules and procedures for this are in place and being followed to the letter, and no one is receiving preferential treatment.
I assume that is the difference between Canada and Korea. |
