| I�ve noticed a lot of job postings that say they don�t sponsor visas. Does this mean they are looking for people already working on an E-2? Can someone work more than one job on a visa without special permission? |

If they don't sponsor visas they are likely looking for someone on a F-2 or F-4 not an E-2.
And in answer to your second question, no. You MUST get Immigration's permisssion (if you are on a E-2 visa). |
