So, should I?

My former boss owed me 3 million won. I took her to the labor board and won. However, she went through some form of bankruptcy court, and I ended up getting a percentage. In my case, it was 1.4 million won per month of damagers. She owed me a month and a half of damages, so, 1.4 for the first month, 800,000 for the second month.

That's 2.3, and 700,000 outstanding.

At this point, if I want the rest of that, I'd have to sue. And that's the thing; 700k is a bit of money, sure, but it took 4.5 months just to get this 2.3million. I have no clue how much time it'd take, and what level of Korean language would be needed, and I'm really not sure if 700k crosses that "threshold" for justifying going through all this shit again.

Anyone else been through this process? Yea, or nay?
