I was at Yongsan tonight and I picked up a game that every retailer there swore wouldn't work on my North American 360: Project Gotham Racing 4. I got it for 10,000won used, which is a HUGE bargain.

Got home, popped it in, and it worked perfectly.

I used this guide to get info on games and their cross-region compatibility:

http://gaming.wikia.com/wiki/Region_Free_Xbox_360_Games

It doesn't have many of the newer games listed, but it's better than nothing.

Just thought I'd put it out there for anyone like me with a North American 360.

Guess it depends on what version you bought...

I know that all the research that I did for Little Big Planet seemed to show that the Korean version only had the Korean language, but that turned out to be not true.

Those prices are atrocious.

Anyway, the games I've bought from Yongsan all have "Korean language included" or something like that (written in Korea) on the front of the box.

I'm tempted to bring my actual xbox to Yongsan next time just so we can see which J-regioned games will work with my NA 360.

Yeah, never said the prices were good. Only bought from them once due to perceived necessity.

The most important info is on the back of the box for languages. If it has "English"("영어") in the two boxes with blue writing, you're set wrt language preference. Don't think there's much you can do about the manuals being in Korean though(I may've cared about that once upon a time). You're still going to have to do your research either beforehand or afterwards(making two trips) to ensure that you get a game that'll work on the US box. Or, yeah, you could bring the box with you, I guess.
