| Will there be normal transportation service over this Lunar New Year? Also, will all the motels be open or do they go and visit their relatives also? |

If you're travelling from Sokcho to Seoul you're going against the flow so travel is relatively easy. You might have to wait an extra bus or 2 for a seat (or you can pre-buy at the terminal) but once you're underway it should be clear sailing. Pity the cars in the opposite lane -- coast-to-coast bumper-to-bumper crawl!
I've never seen a motel closed for a holiday & they'll have plenty of vacancies. |
