"Dear friends of Festival and Events Korea!

The first FOUR ROOM seems to rule Hongdae's mixed party scene thanks to all your support! The FOUR ROOM was introduced today at the Steve Harthely Show of 101.3 MHz tbs e-FM. Thanks Venus for this! Here I have the last updates with useful tips that help you enjoy the party the best without inconvenience.

Tip 1. Coin lockers

Since I, as a party organizer was so tired of answering all the phone calls about lost stuff on my sleepy sunday mornings, I kept asking Jane to install coin lockers which she did recently. So there are 30 coin lockers that will greatly protect you from potential party disasters. If the coin lockers are fully occupied, use the ones outside of SKA in the next building.

Tip 2. Lingerie Show

There will be no repeat of this show. It's only one time show of less than 30 minutes including introductory part. The show starts at 10:30 (not Korean time) right after the live bands Cosmos Hippie (OWL BUS) and Southway (RMT) so we cannot help you even if you miss this.

Tip 3. Psychedelic Zebra

The secret room is finally disclosed. It's the smallest but the cooliest venue out of the four rooms of the party. It's a newly remodelled VIP room of Jane's Groove with the theme of Psychedelic Zebra. A great trance DJ Faith in San Francisco provided us with his fresh mixes of Psy and Goa-trance tracks for this exclusive room. The Zebra room will be open from 11pm so make sure that you are drunk or stoned enough before entering this room.

Tip 4. Cover

Many people asked me where can they buy the tickets. As mentioned in the poster, flyers and event pages, there'll be no presale. You can only buy them at the door and 10,000 won is an umbrella cover for all four rooms, all 12 DJs, a VJ, lingerie show with 7 models and 2 live bands.

Thanks for your support and see you tomorrow night!

Jane's Groove on behalf of FOUR ROOMS"

Sounds like they mean "Not 'Korea Time'" meaning that's 10:30. Not 10:40, not 10:45, not when you decide to show up. They mean 10:30.

Dead serious, as much as I've resigned myself to the role of troll/apologist here, outside of the U.S. / Canada / Britain, which cultures do you know who are actually on time for things?

They even have an expression in Argentina - "Hora Americana" (literally, "American Time") which means "Be there at the time I say, don't be one minute late!"

This is code for a strip show according to my Korean friends. Yep, lingerie show, fashion show, etc. are all code.

I must strongly object to the objectification of women in Korea because we all know that men won't be in these shows. Where is the equality? Where is the pretense of equality even?
