Police Take Baby Adolf

The New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services and police officers have taken custody of 3-year old Adolf Hitler Campbell, a month after a local supermarket refused to write his name on his birthday cake.

JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell, 1, and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell, who turns 1 in April, were also taken from their parents, Holland Township police chief David Van Gilson said. There are no reports or complaints of abuse, and the police chief did not know why the children were taken.

A spokeswoman from the Division of Youth and Family Services at first would not confirm or deny the report, saying the division does not comment on specific families. They later confirmed the children were taken last week by authorities.

Police Chief Van Gilson said a hearing is scheduled for Thursday before Superior Court Judge Peter A. Buschbaum at the Hunterdon County Justice Center to decide whether the state can temporarily place the children in another home. Township police Sgt. John Harris is scheduled to testify.

Much whining came about last month when news broke of the child named Adolf. Theyre just names, you know, father Heath Campbell told reporters at the time. Yeah, they (the Nazis) were bad people back then. But my kids are little. Theyre not going to grow up like that.

As one commenter stated, "Its quite ironic. American social services behaving like Nazis as they CONFISCATE kids because of their Nazi names. This is almost too bizarre to believe." - bac

I'm sure they won't. They likely will never terrorize Europe with anything approaching the effectiveness of the cold and calculating war machine launched by the German WWII Blitzkreig.

They're much more like likely, due to your moronic influence, to join the ranks of the legion of trashy trailerpark dwellers who find themselves in court every other week until they finally secure their long sought-after criminal incarceration.

Call it a new "Final Solution". Or as a Korean might say, "Aieshhh.."

In the interests of full disclosure, I did not write that, but I get your point.

Still, I don't think you'd agree that potential trailer trash is a valid justification for the state to forcibly intervene and break up a family. Surely, suddenly separating toddlers from caring parents (no abuse has been alleged) is more traumatic than having many years to adjust to a weird name.

In the late 70's I knew a Jew named Adolph. He seemed to have weathered his life up to then without major catastrophe.

Giving a child a name that will socially and professionally cripple him for life is a form of abuse. Is it enough to take the children away? I'm not sure about that. I still can't imagine these are great parents, though.

Perhaps the fact that the State nazis have attacked the redneck nazis will help to cure the rednecks of their infatuation with evil.

I'm starting to believe that Earth is an assylum for God's mistakes.

Deliver me oh Lord.

Amen.

The controversy began when a supermarket wouldn't put the boy's name on his birthday cake. For Adolf to have had both parents involved in his life who cared enough to get him a cake for his birthday, when many kids in America don't, says a lot. While I think it's stupid to name kids things like Adolf Hitler and Aryan Nation, it looks like they were loving parents. This is just another infringement among many this decade on the rights of Americans.

How much teasing and bullying do you think these children will get in school? They will be subject to discrimination their whole lives as a result of their names. Why subject innocent children to that?
If the parents were truly trying to make a point, why didn't they change their names? Probably because they are cowards.

Hi - Hitler's popularity is rising again and not because of "hate" that has become bread and butter to Liberals, its because of Eastern Europe's retaliation against Russia. The Third Reich is popular in Eastern nations because they did more to drive out the Soviets than The West did.

During Stalin's rule, millions of ethnic Russians were sent to satellite countries to foster loyalty to Moscow in those areas. After the Wall fell, the Russians that went south returned but the ones that went west to the Baltics et al are still there and they are still loyal to Moscow. These people are an occupying non-combatant force and considered immigrants. Being so, the West will not help yet again.

Yes, A. Hitler is a real hero to some for good reasons.

Further, I have read dozens if not hundreds of essays by liberals attesting to the destruction and death caused by religion yet children with names like Jesus, Christina and Mohammed are not taken from their homes.

The agency went too far.

One can only wonder how much teasing this guy had to put up with as a kid: http://floridastate.rivals.com/cviewplayer.asp?Player=333

I'm glad that he, Randall Gay, and Marvin Gay made it big. Hopefully, they slept with the wives of all the guys who teased them as kids.

It was over the name. Apparently they are also Aryan Brother hood material. Not the responsibility of the government to concern itself with.

it's a free country: give back the kid and let the parents name him whatever they want to

and if the kid decides as an adult he wants to change his name, he can do that

Almost nothing is more traumatic for an infant or toddler than to be suddenly forcibly removed from its mother. Is it better to subject them to that on the basis of the potential for future bullying?

Where does it say the kids were taken just because of their names (or because of Adolf's name)? Have the authorities who took them issued any official statement, or is this just the usual speculation by a pack of Dave's idiots?
