Hi
I worked at my Hagwon for 8.5 months and then was told I was fired when I called in sick. (I only called in sixk 2times ). ......
When I met my director to get my lor, he wouldn't sign the form and said I terminated the contract.
I thought all was well when the immigration hotline said if your visa is cancelled all is fine (which it is now) . But Incheon immigration (my area) is saying I need a lor.
Anyways, does anyone have any advice here?
I;d like to a get a job in the incheon immigration area still.
Also, I have some offers in other immigration offices' areas, So if I just give up with Incheon immigration and apply at Seouk immig, once I apply for a new e2 visa does anyone know what dos I need?
I did all the new e2 visa stuff for my last job and Seoul immig said
I just need a diploma, sealed transcripts, copy of crc. but one recruiter told me I need to get my diploma verified?
Please post me anyone who has had experience with immigratoin
Thanks, |

Go to immigration, tell them you quit your job, demand an 'exit order', you leave the country on the exit date and can find another job.
I believe if you do that, a LOR is not required. You must be assertive with immigration in asking for an exit order.
I've never done this, but I'm repeating what everybody else has said about this topic, on this forum. |
