I pay 130k a month for an ajumma once a week and I don't really know how long she spends here. Could I get a Filipina cheaper? Yes. Would I give a Filipina the key to my apartment and ask her to please not come around when I'm home? Not a chance in hell. Would she do a better job? Probably not. |

I've looked around and from what I've seen it seems like the going rate is around 10K won an hour, at least in Seoul. So the total price would depend on how long it takes to clean your house/apartment.
I have had a Filipina lady come over to clean my place a couple of times now and she has done an excellent job. Feel free to PM me if you would like the contact info. |

I haven't cleaned my apartment since I arrived here five months ago. Do you think I should hire a maid? |

I'm not in Seoul, but my (Korean) friend in Seoul has cleaners and says that is the going rate there too.
Do your own setting up. Ask a Korean friend to look on the net. |

Im in Gyeongnam, but as I said earlier in the thread, Korean friends in Seoul say the rate is the same. There will be Korean sites where ajumonis advertise. Ask a friend to help you. |
